How can I quickly and easily plan healthy meals my kids are willing to eat that nobody is allergic to that's within a budget?
“Imagine you have zero cookies and you split them evenly among zero friends…” Siri answering a strikingly similar question.

Hi, I'm Michelle
I’m a single mom of 3 kids who are always hungry.
One is autism-spectrum picky eater, one is pre-diabetic, and one is allergic to milk, soy and some nuts.
Apparently I’m in charge of feeding them. And not only do they need to eat every. single. day. but I also have to track nutrition, reduce carbs, avoid allergies, and stay within a budget.
You know, I really thought that “Eat it or starve,” concept was going to work out.
"You can go all day and try not to think about making dinner, but it's still there, lingering, lurking, mocking you.... No matter how stress free the rest of your day has been, thoughts of preparing the evening meal keep popping up like an oozing, festering sore you can't ignore."
Nicole Knepper explaining how dinner is like herpes in Moms Who Drink and Swear, the book.
